Exchange & Return Policy

Every voucher is a digital code sent by email; nothing is shipped. Because a code can be used as soon as it’s sent, the rules below explain when we can cancel, exchange, replace or refund an order.

1. Before we send your code

Changed your mind? Contact us straight away. If we haven’t emailed your code yet, we’ll cancel the order and refund you in full.

2. After we send your code

Once a voucher code has been emailed to you, it can’t be returned or refunded, except in the cases below.

3. Exchanges

If your code hasn’t been used, you can ask to exchange it for a different voucher within 7 days of purchase. We’ll check whether the exam provider allows it. If the new voucher costs more, you pay the difference; any fee the provider charges for the exchange is passed on to you.

4. Codes that don’t work

If a code is rejected, tell us within 48 hours of trying it and send a screenshot of the error. After checking with the provider, we’ll replace the code or refund you in full.

5. Codes that don’t arrive

Check your spam folder first. If your code hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of payment, contact us. If we can’t deliver it, you get a full refund.

6. Payment problems

If you were charged twice, or money left your account but you didn’t get an order confirmation, contact us with the payment details. Failed payments are usually reversed automatically. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

7. How to ask
