Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Vouchers India collects, why, and how we protect it. Vouchers India is owned and operated by The iPac Services LLP (“we”, “us”), HNO 557, Ground Floor, 7th Section, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

What we collect

• Your details: name (as it should appear on the voucher), email address and mobile number.
• Order details: the vouchers you buy, amounts, coupon codes and order history.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference numbers. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Chat and files: messages you send in live chat and any photos or PDFs you share there.
• Audio calls: calls run directly in your browser and are not recorded. We keep only the time and length of each call in the chat.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

• To check your email with a one-time code, process your order and email your voucher.
• To answer you in live chat, by email or on an audio call you choose to start or accept.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep the site secure.
• To keep records required by tax and accounting law.

We don’t send marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we never sell your personal information.

Consent

By placing an order or starting a chat you agree to us using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; we may then be unable to complete an open order or continue a chat.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the site, and only for that purpose:

• Razorpay, to process payments;
• our hosting, database and file-storage providers;
• our email provider, to send codes, receipts and vouchers;
• exam providers or their partners, only where needed to issue or check your voucher.

We may also share information when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside India; we only use providers who protect it appropriately.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Chat messages, files and email-verification records are kept only as long as needed to help you and resolve any issue, and are then deleted.

How we protect it

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Chat files are stored privately and opened through links that expire. Only authorised members of our team can see orders and chats.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it). You can also nominate someone to act for you, and raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer. Email admin@vouchersindia.co.in; we acknowledge requests within 48 hours.

Children

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order and provide their consent.

Cookies and storage on your device

We use only what the site needs to work: your cart, your chat session and, for our team, a sign-in cookie. We don’t use advertising cookies. Razorpay may set its own cookies during payment.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
