Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Vouchers India, which is owned and operated by The iPac Services LLP, HNO 557, Ground Floor, 7th Section, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.

2. About the vouchers

• A voucher is a digital code that pays for an exam with the exam provider. We are not the exam provider.
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase unless the voucher says otherwise, and cover one exam attempt unless stated.
• Vouchers can only be used by the person named at checkout and can’t be transferred.
• The exam provider’s own rules apply, including booking, rescheduling, identification and regional restrictions. Please check them before you buy.
• Exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and the total is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Razorpay’s terms also apply to your payment.
• If a price is shown in error, we’ll contact you before delivering, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Coupons: one per order, no cash value, and offers may end at any time. If you also qualify for a returning-customer discount, the larger discount applies; they can’t be combined.
• The returning-customer discount applies to orders of ₹1,000 or more placed with the same email address as an earlier paid order. No discount takes more than half off an order.

4. Your details

You must give a correct name, email address and mobile number. We confirm your email with a one-time code before you pay, because that’s where your voucher is sent.

5. Delivery

We email your voucher code on or before 30 working minutes after a successful payment. Working hours are Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST. Payments made outside working hours are processed from the next working hour. If it hasn’t arrived within 48 hours, contact us and we’ll resolve it.

6. Cancellations, refunds and exchanges

See our Exchange & Return Policy. In short, vouchers can’t be refunded once the code has been sent, except as that policy describes.

7. Live chat and audio calls

• Please be respectful. We may end chats that are abusive or unlawful.
• Only share files you have the right to share. Don’t send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive financial details.
• Audio calls are not recorded. Chat messages are kept to help with your orders and support.

8. Our content

The website, the Vouchers India name and logo belong to The iPac Services LLP. Please don’t copy them without permission.

9. Liability

We aren’t responsible for exam providers’ decisions, schedules, results or system problems. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
